Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully pack the e-bike in its original factory box, ensuring all tools, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
